Systems engineer. Data analyst.

I'm Oscar Garay — a systems engineer and data analyst who's spent the last six years building things that have to work: production analytics platforms, cross-border automation systems, dashboards executives actually rely on.

I currently lead the architecture of a BigQuery-powered analytics platform that drives company-wide marketing and sales reporting for a U.S.-based firm — sole developer, end to end. Before that, I led a team of up to six engineers building digital infrastructure across a multi-company group in Mexico, and before that, I was building websites and e-commerce platforms for small businesses on my own, starting in 2016.

I started this agency because I kept running into the same gap: small and mid-size businesses need the systems large companies take for granted — automation, dashboards, AI agents — but can't justify hiring a team to build them. I can build those systems alone, fast, at a fixed price, because I've already built them for companies that couldn't afford to get them wrong.

Leadership

Led development teams of up to 6 engineers across a multi-company business group, reducing time-to-deployment by 30%.

Data & Analytics

Sole architect of a BigQuery-powered analytics platform replacing a legacy BI tool for company-wide marketing and sales reporting. Built a marketing attribution system and a reporting automation engine that eliminated manual report generation.

Automation & Infrastructure

Designed a QR-based customs automation system for Mexico-U.S. cross-border logistics. Deployed full corporate IT infrastructure — VPS servers, databases, security — for a multi-company group.
